Look, Feel, and Be Better!
After only 90 Days I feel 20 Years Younger!!!
Taking my health siriously and
starting a real exercise plan made all the difference in my
life. I am really thankful for my friends at the HIT for
making the vision of my new life a reality!
Introducing the
"Living Well" Lifestyle
My
health story is very simple. As with many of us, the older we
get the more we take for granted the “normal” good health we have
had. We think that we will stay, look and feel “young
forever”! I know I was truly guilty of it, but as time trudged
along I began to notice a few things happening strangely in my
body. I had begun to move a lil slower, I started gaining weight
that I had never had before and hair was springing out of places
that made no sense and it was not on the top of my
head.
My body was on a very slow decline
and aging was a part of it. What scared me was that my heart
didn’t feel as strong as I was accustomed to it being. I was
coming to the reality that I was stating to “Get Old” and I was
nearing a monumental birthday...my 40th. I really was not
feeling this new out of shape me. Another moment that stood
out for me was one day I was looking at some “new” pictures of
myself while on vacation in Jamaica and I looked like an old
man. I had begun to form a belly and “man boobs”... not cute
at all! At that moment I was done! I knew i had to do something
about it.
I had the occasion of meeting a really great guy, Aaron Marston at the retirement party for NFL’s Mo Williams. Well it just so happened that Aaron was Mo’s “physical trainer” and we hit it off. He invited me to his state of the art fitness facility, The HIT Center of Jacksonville. I made the decision to go there and within 90 days I was more than well on my way to changing my health, my body... my life forever.
Since that time everything has change for the
better and now I want to share with you that very gift of
“change”. Brilliant Living, Inc and my health and fitness
friends around the world have partnered to bring you the “Living
Well” Lifestyle.

It!"
"...You can if you belive you can!"
I just joined the group, but I feel as though I am right on track with you all. KUDOS to you AD for taking of this challenge. I recently begin schooling for my personal training certification. The workouts have been crazy, but if the trainers that we have can do it, SO CAN I!I have so many plans once I complete the certification. Upon completion of the 6 month course I plan to have the first phase of my brand completed for it's launch! I must be honest, It's been challenging to stay consistantly motivated. I get discouraged at times. But, i am learning that discouragement is apart of the process. It's the determination of whether or not you truly believe in your vision, dream and purpose.Let's Go Get It!

I know that once I document my project on this site, I am committing myself to its completion, which is really scary for me, but absolutely necessary in order to stay on task. Here goes... I have 3 goals: First, I would like to start living a healthier lifestyle, which includes eating well, regularly exercising and maintaining mental clarity. Within the next 90 days, I would like to be at a healthy weight of 135-140 pounds and to have incorporated a daily routine of meditation. I would also like to complete my book project within that time frame as well. I'm still thinking about that third goal. Need to get a little more clarity on that before I post it. But I will let you know soon. I wish everyone the best with achieving their goals! Can't wait to see how I do. :)

Every day is a great day because I know I'm one step closer to my "promised land". I enjoyed the start of my day with an amazing Zumba workout. It felt nice to dance my way to a healthier body. I took some time today to reflect on what is the most current needs for my vision to come forward. Which items were time sensitive in which acting upon them at this moment would prove to have the greatest effect...that is where I will start on tomorrow. I look forward to brilliance each and every day!
